In this capacity, it is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to mobilize resources for the financing of agro-pastoral and fisheries sectors (APH) in collaboration with the competent structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to facilitate access to financial services for stakeholders;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to ensure synergy of initiatives and projects in favor of APH sectors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to develop and enforce codes of good conduct in the APH sectors in collaboration with the competent structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to the promotion of local consumption of APH products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to organize and strengthen the marketing of APH products in collaboration with the competent structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to support regulation on the internal market of APH products in collaboration with the competent structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to the issuance of special export authorizations (ASE) for APH products in collaboration with the competent structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to the issuance of professional approvals to players in the APH sectors in collaboration with the competent structures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to the establishment of a mechanism for setting a guaranteed minimum price for APH products in collaboration with the stakeholders and competent structures and ensure that they are respected;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to support research and development in the production and processing of APH sector products;<ul><li>to contribute to increasing the production of APH sectors in quantity and quality;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>to contribute to the promotion of the processing of APH products;<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to contribute to the development, validation and monitoring of compliance with quality standards;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to the control and repression of fraud in the marketing of APH products;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to contribute to the promotion of APH products at national and international levels;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to strengthening the capacities of stakeholders in the APH sectors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to the collection, analysis, dissemination and capitalization of data on APH sectors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to the formulation, implementation and evaluation of policies and strategies for the development of APH sectors;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to contribute to good governance and dispute resolution within APH sector organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Burkinabe Council of Agropastoral and Fisheries Sectors' mission is to coordinate and support sustainable development actions in the agropastoral and fisheries sectors in Burkina Faso.
